The ideal candidate will lead crews in responding to damage from fire, water, and storms while ensuring safety and efficiency. Candidates should have IICRC WRT certification or a willingness to obtain it, along with leadership and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage.
• Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes.
