Team Car Care East, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team and lead a high‑performing automotive service crew. In this role you’ll work closely with the General Manager to guide the team, boost guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

You will develop teammates through our training programs, manage inventory and service quality, and contribute to meeting sales and profitability goals in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate staff.
• Understanding of retail industry metrics.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth via guest count and core sales.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Open and close the store when GM is off.
• Assist GM with budgeting and forecasts.
