Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups of people.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to drive sales.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to guide the crew, boost revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs and direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings and set direction to achieve business goals.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Support maintenance of an engaged workforce aligned with business needs.
