107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a Crew Chief in University City, MO to lead the shop crew alongside the General Manager. You will guide daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor automotive/front-house staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Ensure consistent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling processes, and store operations in collaboration with the GM and DM.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
