Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a Crew Chief in O’Fallon, MO. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost guest experience, and drive store performance. Training is provided, with clear pathways to advancement in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

You should have 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams. Expect daily collaboration with the GM, inventory and cash handling responsibilities, and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew in daily operations and guest service.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts, and forecasts.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the service center.
