Team Car Care is seeking a Crew Chief to join our Van Nuys, CA location and help guide the crew with the General Manager. You will lead by example, coach staff, and focus on delivering excellent guest experiences while driving sales and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew, drive revenue growth, and improve guest experience.
• Coach and develop teammates through the internal training program and ongoing guidance.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls in collaboration with the GM.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, safety, and store cleanliness in line with standards.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and guest-first service at all times.
