Team Car Care in Van Nuys, CA, is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the crew with the General Manager and drive revenue through guest engagement and excellent service. You will coach, develop teammates, and help achieve sales and Core metrics in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of customer experience, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and advise on financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• Guest First mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
• Support automotive technicians and CSA's with coaching and direction.
