Team Car Care in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team. You will lead the crew, deliver top-notch service, and help grow sales while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, guiding daily operations, managing inventory, and assisting the General Manager with budgeting and performance metrics. This role offers leadership growth, incentives, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership that can inspire diverse groups.
• Solid understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders; assist GM with budgeting and forecasts.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Mentor technicians and sales associates; coach for performance.
• Assist guests with questions in person or by phone or electronically.
