WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $7.25 per hour.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service for exceptional customer experiences.

You will support the development and growth of team members by conducting and providing training for new employees and refresher training for current staff. Supervising employee performance and behavior to ensure adherence to company policies and high service standards is also essential. You will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, and minimize overtime. Enforcing portion control measures and maintaining security protocols are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as managing cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Ability to speak and read English
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required
