Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Crew Member at 6031 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, CA 95621. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare food and beverages, and help maintain a fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant.

You will operate the cash register, process payments, provide change, and keep the dining areas clean. Duties include opening/closing tasks, restocking supplies, and assisting with food prep and dishwashing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older (proof of age/work permit if under 18).
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and arrives on time.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.

• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.

Position Summary:

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Crew members work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks eficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
