Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride's Mountain Village seeks a Crest Club Coordinator to champion our mission by delivering the highest quality and heartfelt service to Crest Club members. You will support the Director of Memberships, coordinate member experiences, and help create memorable experiences in one of America’s iconic alpine destinations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare member daily arrival reports.
• Greet members daily in the locker room.
• Assist with pulling member skis from ski valet and have them ready.
• Alert Falcon room team on which members are in house.
• Provide and offer concierge services to members.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, and local attractions.
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and club areas.
• Assist the Director of Membership with updating Crest Club member profiles.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, follow up, and accountability.
• Adheres to Auberge Resorts policies and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards for services, amenities and facilities.
• Coordinate all club program services.
• Enforce property safety standards.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Residence Services.
• Represent the brand and property professionally in the community and with club members.
• Be a leader and role model to all team members and the community.
