Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Associate’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Support CRES providers in Ohio by researching and resolving enrollment and usage issues.
• Analyze EDI transactions using MACSS and AEPCH data to ensure accurate customer billing.
• Maintain data integrity and correct billing tariffs and provider assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve market-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support PUCO complaint investigations and government aggregation initiatives.
