Job summary

Surge Staffing seeks bilingual Creole/English translators to support communication between employees and management at a manufacturing facility. Translators will assist with orientations, translate documents and materials, and help ensure important information is clearly communicated between Creole- and English-speaking employees.

This is a translator and employee-support position not involving production-line work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Creole and English (speaking and writing).
• Clear, professional communication in both languages.
• Experience as translator/interpreter or bilingual representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Creole/English interpretation during orientations and training sessions.
• Translate company documents, policies, and forms.
• Assist with coaching conversations with accurate interpretation.
• Explain workplace policies, procedures, expectations, and safety information.
