Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Bilingual Translator (English-Spanish) for a 12-month contract in Fletcher, NC. The role supports production floor communications between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees to help reach safety, quality and productivity goals.

You will provide real-time translations, assist with work instructions and training, translate safety and operational documents, and maintain a presence on the shop floor throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to learn production processes and machine operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation during daily manufacturing operations.
• Support communication between production employees, supervisors, team leads, and management.
• Assist employees in understanding work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and operational procedures.
• Support onboarding and training activities to ensure clear understanding of job duties and workplace expectations.
• Translate work-related documents, safety communications, and operational information as needed.
• Maintain a regular presence on the shop floor throughout the shift.
• Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to better support production teams.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Bilingual Translator (English-Spanish) with our power technology client in Fletcher, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:

$22.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - 1st Shift

Description:

The Bilingual Production Translator supports communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees in a manufacturing environment.
