L3Harris in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a Product Definition CAD Services & Design Standards Manager to lead a team of 10+ staff, delivering MSSL program product definitions with 75% hands-on Creo CAD work and 25% leadership. You will serve as the primary Creo SME, resolving Creo issues across the LA site and enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Creo CAD expertise required.
• Experience leading CAD teams and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide Creo CAD technical leadership for the LA site and enterprise-wide user community.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Creo model/assembly issues across a large user base.
• Develop and maintain Creo best practices, templates, and standard configurations.
• Lead CAD Services staff, including training, performance management and staffing decisions.
• Provide BOE creation/review support and coordination with Operations and Quality centers.
