Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Sr Specialist, CAD Design (Aerospace Design) in Wilmington, MA. The role focuses on developing and documenting aerospace CAD designs, managing large, complex models, and maintaining data integrity through PLM and CAD tools.

You will influence practices, drive process improvements, and collaborate across engineering and program teams. Qualified candidates will have a design/CAD degree with substantial CREO experience, familiarity with PLM systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a design, technology, or CAD field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years without a degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience using PTC CREO.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM or PTC Windchill.
• Proficient in GD&T and aerospace design environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid models aligned with L3Harris processes.
• Create documentation (drawings) as part of product data.
• Implement changes to product data per program guidance.
• Support program milestones and task development.
• Assist in proposal development and manage large CAD models.
