Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product definition in Aerospace or related industry.
• Experience with CAD databases and PLM tools (Windchill).
• Proficient in Creo or NX; understanding of ASME Y14.5 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product definition (CAD models, drawings, EBOMs) for engineering designs using Creo (preferred) or NX integrated with Windchill PLM System.
• Perform checking verification of Product Definition associated with models, drawings, and PLM attributes and relationships to industry, company, and program standards.
• Prepare and work from design layouts and/or preliminary conceptual design layouts.
• Generate or validate tolerance stack up calculations and GD&T based on ASME Y14.5.
• Ensure adherence to model centric design philosophy (model driven drawings) via verification of CAD model data to drawing content.
• Utilizing proficient experience with digital markup tools to communicate PD verification findings and suggestions to design staff members.
• Must be eligible to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
