Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Principal CAD Configuration Manager to oversee CAD CM and Creo SME tasks onsite. You will support MBSE/MBD initiatives, develop Creo training, and ensure compliance with drawing/model standards across hardware engineering. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of CM experience and ability to obtain DoD clearance are required.

U.S. citizenship is required. The role offers an onsite work arrangement with relocation eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years prior relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Common PDM and Creo Parametric

Responsibilities

Support CAD Configuration Management (CM) & Creo SME tasks & meetings
Support Digital Technologies initiatives
Engage in MBSE and MBD initiatives, including harmonization
Develop and deliver Creo training
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and Test Equipment Creo users to share best practices
Provide program and Engineering support for Creo model reviews and RVTR errors
Ensure compliance to internal and external drawing and model standards
