Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Principal CAD Configuration Manager for an onsite role in Andover, MA. You will lead Creo CM, MBSE and MBD initiatives, develop Creo training, and collaborate with Hardware Engineering to share best practices.

You will ensure data integrity, support model reviews, and enforce compliance with internal and external standards. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years related experience.
• Experience with Creo Parametric and Common PDM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support CAD Configuration Management and Creo SME tasks and meetings.
• Support Digital Technologies initiatives and MBSE/MBD efforts.
• Develop and deliver Creo training for teams.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering to share best practices.
• Assist in model reviews and fix RVTR errors.
• Ensure compliance with drawing and model standards.
