Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience in retail/fragrance industry with strong sales ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and reporting tools; ability to multi-task in a store environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer experience and drive sales in assigned Creed store locations.
• Execute the store-level sales plan and support the Creed sales team to meet targets.
• Achieve personal sales goals; promote Creed and intersell including presale and launch goals.
• Support action plans based on market calendar; assist with presell launches and in-store events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote experiential selling.
• Lead or participate in meetings at store level and cross-functional collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with the manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Coordinate event presell, goals, and setup; open/close duties if in boutique locations.
