Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, based in California, is looking for an experienced litigation associate to handle both civil litigation and creditor bankruptcy matters including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. The role offers flexible work options with the possibility of remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements.

This position requires 4-8 years of relevant legal experience and a Juris Doctor from an accredited institution. The compensation package includes a base salary between $130,000 and $200,000.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil litigation.
• Experience managing both civil litigation and bankruptcy files independently.
• Strong advocacy skills for written and courtroom presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of creditor‑side civil litigation matters.
• Handle creditor bankruptcy matters including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11.
• Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery.
• Prepare pleadings and written advocacy documents.
• Appear for hearings and conferences in state and bankruptcy court.
