This role offers hands‑on ownership of files, meaningful client contact, and the chance to work across state court disputes and bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters.

THE ROLE

• Manage a docket of creditor‑side civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle creditor bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 case activity
• Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and take or defend depositions as needed
• Prepare pleadings and written advocacy, including briefs and supporting declarations
• Appear for hearings and conferences in state court and bankruptcy court
• Develop case strategy, evaluate risk, and drive efficient file progression
• Communicate with clients and provide practical guidance throughout the lifecycle of matters

Compensation

Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000
