Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks an Associate Attorney to join the Arizona Foreclosure Department. The role offers mentorship from senior counsel with 20+ years of experience and exposure to a heavy caseload in creditors’ rights and real estate law.

The position emphasizes training, internal advancement, and professional development within a collaborative, fast-paced firm environment that serves clients across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona State Bar membership is required.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of real estate/foreclosure or creditors’ rights experience preferred, entry-level considered.
• Prior foreclosure experience as Plaintiff’s counsel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion.
• Perform legal reviews of loan instruments and compliance with state and federal rules.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations and motions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy updates to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence and related filings.
• Maintain accurate case management documentation.
