LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Virginia/Maryland team in Herndon, VA. You will provide comprehensive representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters while collaborating with seasoned attorneys and a support staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia; Maryland license preferred.
• 4–5+ years of experience in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and related practice areas.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
