Qualifications

• Active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• 1–5 years of practice in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights is preferred.
• Prior foreclosure experience as Plaintiff’s counsel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nevada foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions and post-sale processes.
• Perform meticulous reviews of loan instruments, financial documents, and conditions precedent to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations with timely updates.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, and accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal case management systems.
