The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed in Indiana, and has at least 3 years experience in creditor rights with strong negotiation and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission to practice law in Indiana is required.
• Minimum 3 years of attorney experience focusing on creditor rights.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in creditor rights matters including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin.
• Provide legal guidance and strategy to protect the organization's interests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in line with industry standards.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws related to mortgage creditor rights.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
