Ideal candidates hold a JD, be licensed in Kentucky, and have 3+ years of creditor rights experience including foreclosure and bankruptcy. Strong negotiation, writing, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creditor rights (foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in creditor rights matters.
• Provide guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in line with regulations.
• Develop strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to secure the best outcomes.
• Stay current on mortgage industry laws and changes.
• Provide training to team members on creditor rights.
