Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking, Finance, or Credit Union.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience; required.
• Knowledge of state and federal credit laws; required.
• Excellent credit history (700+); required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware/software and office equipment; Cubic’s System training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and member services for the credit union.
• Develop and implement policies to advance board decisions.
• Lead major activities and programs with staff; ensure safeguards for assets.
• Manage budgets, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain member relationships and handle complaints; promote membership growth.
