Job summary

Responsibilities

• Staff Development: onboarding, training planning and evaluations to meet continuing education requirements.
• Performance Improvement: assess PI indicators, coach staff, implement quality improvements.
• Resource Asset: liaison across disciplines, clinical resource for staff, plan short/long-term needs.
• Communication: maintain rapport with Nursing Services, affiliates, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Records: maintain and review education records (orientation, competencies, certifications).
• Research: identify problems, review best practices, disseminate findings for change.
