Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit union environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Open new member accounts and cross-sell credit union products.
• Process deposits, loan contracts, and other monetary transactions with accurate records.
• Provide notary services as required.
• Collaborate with branch managers to leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
• Handle member inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Assist in mortgage interviews, processing and disbursement tasks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies including Bank Secrecy Act.
