Job summary

Cetera Financial Group seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing execution in support of the Credit Union Growth Strategy for Cetera Financial Institutions. You will build programs, content, and tools to drive CU acquisition, conversion, and expansion while partnering with leadership to grow Cetera’s position as the Credit Union Strategic Growth Partner.

You’ll manage demand generation, asset creation, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, compliance, and sales teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience including end-to-end consumer-facing campaigns.
• Experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial institution environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director in executing the CU Growth Strategy, including Acquire, Convert, Expand marketing plays.
• Manage GrowthLine and MarketingCentral program projects end-to-end with agency and internal teams.
• Execute CU-specific demand generation programs (LinkedIn ABM, email nurture, content & landing pages).
• Build and maintain CU-specific marketing assets and case studies to support acquisition and program buy-in.
• Plan, develop, and execute member-, client-, and advisor-facing email and lifecycle communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
