Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years generating sales as a commercial lender or team leader.
• Minimum 4 years of deal team experience; SouthState culture in action.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Training Delivery experience preferred.
• Proficient with lending systems (nCino) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to build credit expertise.
• Foster an interactive learning environment with a variety of effective learning methods.
• Leverage new ideas, creative approaches, and media/technology for forward-thinking learning.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to employees for career and professional development.
• Analyze credit results and course data to identify trends for improved learning and effectiveness.
