Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. is seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver training that builds credit expertise and supports professional development.

You will lead programs on credit administration, policies, and related processes, using a mix of teaching methods and media to engage participants. The role emphasizes collaboration with bank workgroups, leveraging industry trends, and analyzing course data to drive learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years generating sales as a commercial lender or team leader and/or servicing loans, products, or services as a credit officer or portfolio manager for a line of business.
• Minimum 4 years of deal team experience; SouthState culture or similar in action.
• Bachelor and/or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• Training Delivery experience preferred.
• Proficient with lending systems (nCino) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Copilot preferred.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
