Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Colorado Springs seeks a Credit Systems Analyst to manage and optimize credit systems and third-party integrations. You will collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to implement changes, ensure security, and improve processes.

The role requires 3+ years in systems within financial services, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Some evenings/weekends may be required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant systems experience, nCino preferred
• Knowledge of financial institution software programs is required
• Lending experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and optimizes credit systems and integrations
• Leads system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance with IT and vendors
• Acts as SME and escalation point for system issues; provides user training
• Manages configurations, access, and security per policy
• Coordinates testing, validation, and deployment of system changes
• Develops requirement specifications and data mappings for integrations
• Ensures regulatory compliance testing per credit union guidelines
