Qualifications

• College degree or technical training.
• 3+ years of relevant systems experience, with nCino preferred, including knowledge of financial software.
• Experience with system administration, integrations, and regulatory testing.

Responsibilities

• Administers and optimizes credit systems and third-party integrations.
• Leads system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance with IT and vendors.
• Serves as subject matter expert and escalation point for system issues.
• Manages user access, configurations, and security permissions.
• Plans testing, validation, and deployment of system changes.
• Collaborates on requirements, data mappings, and data integrations.
