Job summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst in Colorado Springs to oversee the technical and functional administration of credit systems and third-party integrations. You will lead system implementations, coordinate with IT and vendors, and ensure security and data integrity across projects.

This full-time role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional evening/weekend work. Compensation ranges from $34 to $40 per hour with a target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant systems experience with financial institution software preferred.
• Previous lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and optimizes credit systems and third-party integrations to ensure system reliability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Leads system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities in partnership with business units, Information Technology, and vendors.
• Serves as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for system-related issues, providing user support, training, and guidance.
• Manages system configurations, user access, and security permissions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinates and executes testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of system changes and releases.
