Westlake Financial in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Credit Analyst to manage underwriting activities in the Acquisitions unit onsite. You will analyze credit reports, calculate income, and ensure deals are sound for the books while supporting process improvements and leading the team when needed.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of underwriting including credit report analysis, income calculation, book value calculation, and scoring of the buy program.
• Investigate potential fraudulent stipulations or applications as needed.
• Supervise the DSR and track early charge-offs; report on ROA for deals booked.
• Generate and distribute reports; manage emails, calls, and dealer communications.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and sales reps.
