You will use LOS and Microsoft Office to track stipulations, communicate clearly with teams, and support the funding process while building underwriting readiness for future growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0-1 years in credit, 2-3 years in funding in financial services or dealer services preferred.
• Interest in learning credit underwriting and developing into an underwriting role.
• Ability to review documentation carefully and determine whether stipulations have been satisfied per procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication with dealers, underwriters, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate credit approval stipulations to ensure documentation supports underwriting decisions and meets policy and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate stipulation documents from an underwriting viewpoint, including income, identity, residency, collateral, entity, and other supporting documentation.
• Communicate clearly with underwriters to clarify approval conditions and confirm requirements.
• Partner with dealers to obtain missing or corrected documentation to satisfy stipulations.
• Assist in timely follow-up on approved applications by monitoring outstanding stipulations and reducing delays.
