Viking Electric in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to join our in-office team. You will support the Credit Department with lien waivers, payments, and daily reconciliations.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in office settings, strong accounting aptitude, and US work authorization. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of office experience; accounting or business background preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in personal and department mailboxes.
• Research and prepare lien waivers with supporting documentation.
• Process daily and monthly credit card payments and forward receipts.
• Prepare daily cashbox deposits and manage tax exemption certificates in Eclipse.
• Assist in refunds, vendor forms, AR item disputes, and data updates.
