Training is provided; the role offers full-time, 40 hours weekly with a Saturday rotation after training. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, with potential for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and delivering customer service.
• Excellent communication across channels (phone, text, chat, email).
• Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens and type ≈25 WPM.

Responsibilities
