Job summary

Professional Credit is hiring Credit Representatives to handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from a home office in Arizona. The role emphasizes compassionate service, debt negotiation, and timely payment arrangements within a structured 40-hour week.

Candidates need 1.5+ years in collections, a dedicated home workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to operate a company PC with dual monitors. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years 1st or 3rd party collection experience.
• Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.
• Internet connection of 50 MB or more, hard-wired to the company PC.
• Desk space for 2 monitors; company will provide equipment.
• Must sign work-from-home requirements and have a personal cell phone for security app.

Responsibilities

• Use phone, live chat, email and text to contact consumers.
• Take inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Negotiate and set up payments.
• Navigate CRM software and multiple screens while working.
• Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries.
• Negotiate payment agreements, resolve concerns, and help consumers get out of debt.
• Maintain 25 WPM typing and solid computer skills.
