Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Credit Specialist to manage customer credit accounts, collections, and billing queries. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, with growth opportunities and a strong focus on accuracy and timely payment processing.

You will interface with customers via phone, mail, and email, maintaining CRM notes and updating account statuses as needed. A reliable team player with 3+ years’ experience fits best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards for accuracy and promptness in performing duties.
• Submit daily paperwork and completed assignments.
• Grant extensions of credit.
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts.
• Contact customers by phone, mail, and email to obtain payment.
• Review terms of sale and credit contracts with customers.
• Record financial status and collection progress.
• Maintain CRM notes of interactions and account status.
• Determine when delinquent accounts are turned over to legal.

Overview

The Credit Specialist is responsible for communicating with customers regarding credit applications, billing, discrepancies, collecting past due invoices, resolving payment applications and anything else regarding customer credit accounts.

What you will need

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Previous collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable or property management experience.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Be able to work flexible hours, and overtime as needed.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Have 3 years of experience in a working environment.
