Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or property management.
• Strong communication with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company CRM notes of customer interaction and account status.
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts as needed.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, mail and email to determine reason for overdue payment and obtain payment.
• Review terms of sale, service, payment or credit contract with customer.
• Document and monitor financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Determine when delinquent accounts are turned over to the legal department.
