Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Transformation Program Operation Specialist to lead process improvements and oversee initiatives within the CRA Transformation Team. You will map processes, plan projects in Smartsheet, and drive execution with a focus on efficiency, governance, and stakeholder communication.

The role requires collaboration with technology partners, strong quantitative skills, and a growth mindset to deliver sustainable solutions across the bank’s risk operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PM certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured project discussions with stakeholders and document actionable requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with sequencing and dependencies.
• Drive plan execution with clear governance and risk escalation.
• Create executive communications and materials for stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with Transformation Technology to deliver scalable process solutions.
• Ensure alignment with program strategies and business requirements.
