Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant credit experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• CRC certification (preferred).
• Moody’s Analytics Certificate in Commercial Credit (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess complex commercial private credit transactions, including evaluation of underwriting structure, borrower performance, cash flow adequacy, covenant compliance, collateral coverage, and repayment capacity.
• Lead a team of reviewers during reviews of credit portfolios and write reports of conclusions and recommendations.
• Evaluate portfolio-level credit performance, concentration risk, industry exposure trends, and emerging credit risk themes.
• Demonstrate expert credit skills including assigning risk ratings based on internal policies and external guidance.
• Collaborate with business leaders and regulators to provide independent insight on emerging credit risks and portfolio quality.
