Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Credit experience: 10+ years with leadership in credit/collections.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of finance department including credit management, A/R collections and cash application.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
• Evaluate customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and oversee collection efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve disputes.
• Prepare and present credit risk reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage online portal processes for various customers.
• Participate in pre-meeting and in-meeting discussions weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Assist training and development of new technology and software in the department.
