You will balance customer needs with sound credit decisions while leveraging lien and bond rights to mitigate risk. You will partner with store and field leadership to align risk controls with business growth, influence decisions, and ensure timely, accurate financial information across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a business credit underwriting function with senior-level finance experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of credit risk management strategy for trade receivables.
• Underwrite complex credit relationships and large requests.
• Partner with store and field leaders to balance customer needs with risk controls.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing credit team.
