Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Credit Analyst to evaluate credit risk, review applications, and make informed credit decisions to support growth and financial stability.

You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable and store leadership, monitor accounts, and ensure timely, accurate financial insights for leaders across the organization. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience making credit decisions.
  • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Credit Risk: review applications, financials, credit reports, and references to establish credit limits.
  • Make Credit Decisions within established authority levels and provide recommendations on higher-risk accounts.
  • Monitor reports and accounts to identify concerns and support proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: partner with Accounts Receivable and store leadership to maintain healthy customer accounts.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience making credit decisions in a credit analyst, credit underwriting or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial and credit information. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
