Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a business credit underwriting function with senior-le vel finance experience within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing credit risk team.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve credit policies and underwriting practices for trade receivables.
• Oversee review and underwriting of large credit requests, including lien and bond rights strategies.
• Partner with field leadership to communicate customer credit risks and guide credit-related decisions.
• Model ethical business practices, drive process improvements, and uphold company values.
