• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes insurance policies, renewal schedules, endorsement expirations, and compliance documentation.
• Notifies insureds and brokers about required information or documents to keep policies up to date.
• Maintains follow-ups on pending documentation and ensures timely resolution of insurance covenants.
• Prepares reports, statistics, tables, and presentations as required by management.
• Contributes to process optimization to streamline monitoring and resolution processes.
• Prepares routine and advance correspondence related to expired policies and renewals.
• Monitors insurance covenants and maintains an insurance policy database for proper risk management.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
